The 2018 ACF Restaurant Challenge will be held for the first time as part of Foodservice Australia at the New Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre May 27th - 29th inclusive. 9 Teams of Chefs will have the opportunity to pit their skills against each other and against the clock to prepare a 2 course menu Main & Dessert for 30 covers, competing for a share of up to $5,000 in cash and prizes
This is a Competition lunch service a la carte style, orders will be placed at the kitchen upon seating at table, if you are with a group & wish to dine together please ensure that you all arrive at the same time & are seated together.
Service commences at 12 Noon & guests are to be seated NO LATER than 12.45pm. If you are not seated by this time your place will be given away.
